Nationwide coverage, practice-level focus

Remote-first IT for dental practices — wherever you are

Your dental practice deserves the same expert IT support whether you're in a major metro or a small town. Our remote-first model means most issues are resolved instantly over secure remote sessions. For hardware work, practice build-outs, and emergency on-site response, we dispatch through a national technician network.

Location is not a limit. If you're running a dental practice anywhere in the United States, we can support it. No office too small, no metro too remote, no state off the map. Start with the free IT Health Assessment — we'll confirm everything within 24 hours.

How remote-first works

Same-hour response, coast to coast

24/7 Remote Support

Your helpdesk, EDR alerts, backup monitoring, and threat response never sleep. Most issues are resolved the same hour they're reported, regardless of your time zone.

National Technician Network

For on-site hardware work, practice build-outs, server installs, and ransomware response, we dispatch vetted technicians through a nationwide partner network.

Software Experts, Not Generalists

Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, DEXIS, Sidexis, Romexis, CS 9600 — our team speaks dental software fluently. Your practice isn't a learning opportunity.

HIPAA-Aligned by Default

Every control, policy, and deployment satisfies the HIPAA Security Rule. Documentation, risk assessments, and BAAs come standard — not as an upsell.

Frequently asked

Common questions about nationwide coverage

Do you actually serve my state?
If your dental practice is in the United States, almost certainly yes. We have active dental IT clients in 30+ states and our remote-first model doesn't require us to have a local office to support you. Start the free IT Health Assessment and tell us your location — we'll confirm coverage, response times, and pricing within 24 hours.
What happens when I need something on-site?
Remote-first doesn't mean remote-only. For physical work — new workstation installs, cabling, server deployments, CBCT integration, and hardware troubleshooting — we dispatch technicians through our national partner network. For emergencies like ransomware or a failed imaging server, we can usually have someone on-site the same day or next day depending on your location.
Is response time slower because you're remote?
Typically faster, actually. Remote-first MSPs can start working on your issue within minutes of you calling — no drive time, no scheduling dance. Most dental IT problems (software errors, printer issues, user access, network troubleshooting, updates) are solved remotely in the same session. When physical access is needed, that's when we dispatch.
Do you help with HIPAA compliance across state lines?
Yes. HIPAA is a federal regulation, so the Security Rule applies the same way in every state. Where state laws add requirements (like New York's SHIELD Act or California's CMIA), we take those into account when we build your program. Every Siotek client gets help producing a documented HIPAA risk assessment, a signed BAA, and a breach response plan regardless of where you practice. Your practice remains the covered entity — we provide the technical controls, documentation, and expertise you need to meet your obligations.
How do I get started if I'm not near a big city?
Exactly the same way as everyone else. Start the free 2-minute IT Health Assessment on our contact page. We'll review your current setup remotely, confirm coverage, and give you a no-obligation breakdown of your biggest IT risks and what a Siotek engagement would look like. If you're in a smaller market, you often get more personalized attention, not less.
